1615年 仙台藩主「伊達政宗」の命で『支倉常長」がスペインからローマに移動しようとしたときに、悪天候にて、途中滞在したのがフランスだったそうです。
当時、日本から持って行った箸で食事をした姿をフランス人が不思議そうに見ていたそうです。今では、フランス人でも箸をつかってお寿司を食べる人も増えていますね。
日仏とも芸術に繊細な国民ですから、日仏融合する部分は多いですね。
